User Reviews Very pleased grandson and parents!    This was purchased for my grandsons 7th birthday. He is very bright and a true Lego fan! The whole family was very impressed with this new style from Lego - building inside and out!!! He finds the instructions/blueprints easy to follow and likes to stop at the various stages and invent alternative plans. I would recommend this product highly! For any child who is clever patient and creative it is the way to go! The instructions were amazingly easy to follow and my child worked virtually independently. After building it he had a lot of fun playing with it. I absolutely love this Beach House set! The instructions are good but it got tricky when creating the 2nd level of the house. Guess my eyes and perception of Lego instructions arent what they use to be. I love how I can create 3 different houses with this one set! I havent created the other two yet but no doubt I will love it too. The outside details of the house are just awesome but the inside lacks of the same detail as the outside. This set does not include any people. Im overall satisfied and Im awaiting the arrival of the 3 other house sets I have purchased with this one.
